1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 15niceph platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 15niceph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 15niceph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the 15niceph Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

2. You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
3. You are not a person who has been excluded from gambling by any regulatory authority or self-exclusion programme;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;

15niceph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Any winnings accrued through an account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 15niceph Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 15niceph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein, subject to investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 15niceph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 15niceph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. 15niceph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. 15niceph staff will never request your password under any circumstances.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on the 15niceph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The Platform supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 15niceph reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

15niceph may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all 15niceph promotions include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have completed the required registration and verification steps;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 15niceph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of 15niceph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 15niceph Platform without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorised use of 15niceph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 15niceph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

15niceph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 15niceph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 15niceph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

15niceph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. Gambling on the 15niceph Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. The Company strongly discourages gambling as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by 15niceph without cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 15niceph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

12. Amendments to These Terms
